Thursdays, March 15 - May 3, 10:30 am - 11:30 am
T’ai Chi Chih™ is a series of 19 gentle, graceful movements and one pose that circulate and balance the chi (Vital Force) and can be done by almost anyone. Among the many benefits students typically experience are improved balance, flexibility, serenity, and heightened energy. Thursdays for 8 weeks, 10:30 am - 11:30 am.
T’ai Chi Chih™ is often practiced in bare feet or wearing socks; however, we will be on a brick floor. Cushioning for your feet is recommended, such as soft, non-skid sole slippers, heavy socks, a small nonslip rug-foam mat, or wearing your shoes.
