Feldenkrais - Awareness through Movement
Feldenkrais guides you through a sequence of movements in basic positions; sitting or lying on the ﬂoor, standing, or sitting in a chair. The emphasis is on learning which movements work better, and on the quality of these changes in your body. You learn to relax. You learn to abandon habitual patterns and develop new alternatives.
Instructor: Peter Cover. Peter is a certiﬁed Feldenkrais practitioner.
